We just want to take a break from all the negative news that are flooding us, and revel in the feeling of love, of togetherness, of passion. We hope you find comfort in the photos here of Ted & Jewel, two souls whose wedding was filled with so much deep love that we just wanted to relive their day over and over. We met them about a year prior to their wedding, and were instantly drawn to their kindness and thoughtfulness. Both of them! They give the sweetest smiles, to each other and to the people around them. Make no mistake though, they can also pull off the model-ish look! Also, if you know k-pop, you might agree with us in saying that Jewel looks so much like Jennie of Blackpink! Nonetheless, Jewel has her own charm that simply radiates and translates through the lens and to her photographs. It’s such a good memory, their whole wedding day. From their preps to the end of the reception, it was super fun!
Needless to say we miss shooting! We have been postponing events in the light of the Covid19 situation in Manila, so you can just imagine how it is for us. *Le sigh* We live at such a time when there seems to be more bad news than good ones. It’s never easy to stay still and calm when the whole world seems to be in a quiet chaos. It seems that we’re just awaiting the next bad thing to happen. But isn’t that the beauty in living? There’s fear, but there’s courage that quenches it. There’s hate, but there’s love so deep to silence it. This is why we love weddings – the grandest declaration of love amidst whatever the heck is going on in the world. Nothing is trivial about it.
