Who else is starting to get the hang of our new normal?
We at Foreveryday Photography can certainly feel it. Events are resuming, dates are getting booked again. 2021 is promising to be a great year, but don’t say it out loud cause we don’t want to jinx it!
Peter & Alyson’s wedding day pretty much shows how a wedding in the new normal would look like. It has a limited number of guests, with everybody considerate of each other by wearing masks and face shields, and are responsibly social distancing.
(Spot the photo of everybody inside the church looking at the camera!)
What a lot of people don’t see behind the scenes are the additional preparations and precautions, such as testing everybody, taking care of logistics, and basically being on standby for any change in the government’s health protocols.
Make no mistake though, their wedding didn’t compromise on the details! Everything looked so polished, from preps to reception. It almost looks like an editorial! Peter & Alyson took note of all the elements that would make their wedding look the way they wanted to. The result is an elegant expression of their love.
Another thing we loved about their wedding was the deserted roads in the city. Who knew that the time would come when Manila’s streets are devoid of cars? We took the opportunity and shot a lot of their in-betweens right outside the church.
(We found the cutest couple bench too!)
We ended the day feeling inspired and recharged for what’s to come. We hope that these photographs encourage you that as we all learn to “dance” with this virus hanging around, we hold on to promise of a Corona-free future.
Aren’t Peter & Alyson the most gorgeous pair? We loved their energy during their special day. Truly no virus can trump true love!
