The past days during this enhanced community quarantine (COVID 19 go away!), it has felt like things have been different, but still quite the same. We’ve sort of fallen into a new normal around the house, while still looking forward, oh so looking forward, for things to get back to how they were before.
Months before all of this, we had the wondrous opportunity to photograph Inigo & Paula’s union. At first glance, it might look like your typical wedding. However, you’ll find below some heartwarming captures that clearly show that this is something that’s different – the good kind, the one we like and we’re inspired by.
You see, Inigo & Paula have two beautiful children. The majority of couples who get married don’t have children, so it was such a warm addition to the whole wedding event. Our favorite photos are, surprise surprise, those that have their gorgeous kids in it. We particularly love how their baby girl waited to excitedly for Mommy Paula to arrive at the church, and ran to her as soon as the doors opened.
The ceremony was filled with tears, those of Inigo & Paula, and even their guests. Parenthood does something to a marriage; it cements it with a certain bond that can bring tears to the eyes. What a blessing to photograph such emotions.
We hope Inigo & Paula’s pictures bring you hope today. At the end of every trouble is a calm that is best spent with your loved ones. Until then, we’re holding on faith, hope, and love.
