There’s something extra romantic in a Filipiniana-themed wedding. Ling & Gelo certainly nailed it – the elegance, romance, and homey vibe of a Filipiniana wedding. How touching to witness love that honors our Filipino traditions, at such a time when we have access to global trends, and it’s so easy to be biased against our own aesthetic.
Not Ling & Gelo. Not only did they look the part, they also incorporated details that celebrate our heritage and culture. It’s refreshing, sweet, and humble in a sense.
Noteworthy is Ling’s traffic-stopping Jo Rubio gown, which was done impeccably! We couldn’t get over the craftsmanship, how it fit Ling like a glove, how it accentuated her beauty, and how it made Ling the focus of the day – her glow and her elegance. Not everybody can pull off such a gown, but Ling did so with ease.
Even their prenup was Filipiniana themed! See it here: Ling & Gelo Foreveryday: An Idyllic Pre Wedding Shoot
